Gene expression profile of hematopoietic stem cells from mutCALR transgenice mice

Transcriptome data of HSCs (Hematopoietic stem cells - LSKs) sorted from the bone marrow of vavCRE (wildtype) and CALRdel52 fl/fl; vavCre (mutCALR homozygous) mice Overall design: 200 cells/sample sorted into lysis buffer of a 96 well plate and full length mRNA-sequencing (SMART-seq) was performed. Reads from the same mouse were pooled together. Three mice/genotype were used for the experiment.
