(Ind37-1) Existence of an organisation to provide the public with a first level of information on insurance devices (2019)

This indicator describes the existence of a post-crisis organisation set up by the municipality or the EPCI to provide the public with a first level of information on insurance and emergency assistance devices. The result is “yes” or “no”. The service provided by trained staff must include at least: — advice on the elements to be gathered with a view to compiling insurance files, — advice on financing that can be mobilised for the works, — advice on emergency funding put in place.
