Microbiota associated with control and injured Balanophyllia europaea and Cladocora caespitosa specimens at different seawater temperatures

The project aims at investigating the seasonal effect of increasing seawater temperatures on the injury responses of immune-related enzymes and host-associated microbiota in the endemic Mediterranean zooxanthellate coral species Cladocora caespitosa and Balanophyllia europaea. The 16S rRNA reads of host-associated microbiota from control and injured specimens at different water temperatures are deposited within this project.
