Genomic data from F1 hybrid offspring and lake populations of threespine stickleback fish

This dataset includes reduced-representation genomic sequences from F1 hybrid offspring generated in pond mating experiments and from wild-caught reference individuals of threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus). The reference fish come from seven natural lake populations in western British Columbia, Canada: Ambrose Lake, Cranby Lake, Kirk Lake, Klein Lake, North Lake, Paq Lake, and Trout Lake.
