This dataset contains a full set of spatially resolved intensity measurements acquired during a phase scan experiment at an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) free-electron laser. The scan systematically varies the relative phase between orthogonal polarization components of the FEL beam. For each phase delay step, a 2D intensity map of the output beam was recorded.
