Mann–Whitney U tests were performed to compare skin thickness within each group between the two time points (16 and 30 weeks). Results are shown separately for epidermal, dermal, and total skin thickness. Statistically significant differences are indicated as (<sup>*</sup>) for <i>p</i> < 0.05 and (<sup>**</sup>) for <i>p</i> < 0.01.
