Microbiome analysis (meta genomics) of fecal and cecal samples from 4, 8, 12, and 18 month old 5xfAD and WT B6J mice. Differences in microbiome composition with relation to genotype, sex, age, and housing were explored. This study was conducted as part of the MODEL-AD consortium.
