资源简介:
This research focused on the influence of the combined application of biochar and Trichoderma spp on soil properties, ginger yield, and quality. In this study, Shandong 'Mian ginger' was used as the experimental material, and three groups were assigned the following treatments: no addition of biochar and Trichoderma spp as the control (CK), biochar (BC), biochar and Trichoderma spp (BC-T). The results revealed that during the period of ginger growth and harvesting, the soil organic matter, available N, available P, available K; significantly increased the activity contents of BC-T of invertase. In addition, BC-T promoted the growth of ginger plants, and the contents of Vc, soluble sugars, curcumin and gingerol significantly increased. The combined application of biochar and Trichoderma spp increased the relative abundance of Sphingomonas and Bacillus. Curcumin, gingerol and ginger yield were significantly correlated with Nitrospira. In summary, the combined application of biochar and Trichoderma spp improved the soil properties, and the relative abundance of bacteria increased; at the same time, the growth of ginger plants and quality also improved.
