Share of people registered to receive welfare letters online in Australia FY2017-2019

At June 30, 2019, 69.2 percent of Department of Human Services customers had registered to receive their social welfare letters via their online MyGov account in Australia. The share of people registered has shown a steady increase from just over 40 percent in 2017.
