资源简介:
The evolution of the rules applicable to the advertising of acts of local authorities aims to ensure that the public is informed and that acts are preserved. Prior to publication of the documents was made by posting and especially by entering in a register of administrative acts (RAA). From now on, dematerialisation becomes the means of publicising these acts under common law. The documents and acts concerned by the evolution of the rules applicable to advertising, entry into force and retention are the Minutes, Deliberations, Executive Orders. This does not concern individual acts which need to be notified to the persons concerned. ***Consult the Proceedings of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Council*** https://trouver.datasud.fr/dataset/deliberations-du-conseil-regional-provence-alpes-cote-dazur ***Consult the Regulatory Decrees and decisions taken by the President by delegation of the Regional Council***: https://trouver.datasud.fr/dataset/arretes-et-decisions-prises-par-le-president-de-la-region-provence-alpes-cote-dazur ***The Minutes of the Meetings*** \--- **Official Texts** * The [Commitment and Proximity Act](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/article_lc/LEGIARTI000039764719/) of 27 December 2019 provided for a reform of the publicity of the acts of municipalities and their groupings. *[Order No 2021-1310](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000044177138) of 7 October 2021, accompanied by its [Implementing Decree No 2021-131](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000044177190) makes significant changes to the rules on the advertising, entry into force and conservation of acts taken by local and regional authorities and their groupings as from 1 July 2022. * [Article L. 2121-25 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000031038649)
