This document intends to implement the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the proposal for the preparation of the Management Plan of the River Basin Region of Minho and Lima (PGRH-Minho and Lima), seeking to comply with the legislation in force, namely Decree-Law No 232/2007 of 15 June 2007, which transposed into Portuguese law Directive 2001/42/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain strategic plans and programmes on the environment.
