16S rRNA sequencing

This dataset supports a study investigating the microbiota-dependent, multi-target effects of Caralluma tuberculata (CT), a traditional edible plant, on hyperuricemia (HU). Using an AI-guided pipeline integrating graph convolutional networks and large language models, over 710,000 natural compounds were screened to identify CT bioactives. The dataset includes multi-omics and functional validation in murine HU models, and intestine/liver transcriptomics.
