资源简介:

This record supports the manuscript “When digital contact becomes evidence of healthcare access: a pathway-stratified systematic review and harmonised quantitative synthesis” and preserves the materials required to verify and reproduce its analytical results. The study is a pathway-stratified systematic review of comparative telemedicine research published from 1 January 2020 through 3 June 2026. Each outcome was mapped to a defined patient-pathway transition before effect harmonisation. The review included 478 publication reports. Outcome-level extraction yielded 1,109 rows. The final analytical layer retained 701 rows. Quantitative eligibility was reached by 277 rows, which formed 200 analysis pools. Fifteen pools met the prespecified threshold of k≥3 and contributed 59 independent publication-level estimates. A narrative synthesis retained 642 rows. The deposit contains two versioned archives. Code_v1.0.0.zip preserves the execution-ready Python project used to reproduce the quantitative workflow from harmonised evidence to publication figures. Module 01 builds the meta-analysis pool registry. Module 02 materialises synthesis-ready analysis sets. Module 03 performs the quantitative synthesis. Module 04 generates publication-ready figures. Supplementary_Data_v1.0.0.zip contains the publication-facing supplementary materials associated with the study. The primary quantitative model uses random effects with restricted maximum likelihood estimation and modified Knapp–Hartung confidence intervals. Prespecified robustness scenarios are preserved. Leave-one-report-out analyses are also preserved when executable. Only published aggregate evidence is included. The deposit contains no participant-level data. Directly identifiable personal data are absent. The study was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Grant identifiers: 72074064 / 71573068.
