Psychological morbidity, sources and coping strategies of stress among undergraduate students of medical colleges in district Peshawar: A Cross Sectional Study.

Students' health and academic performance may be negatively affected by stress. Coping techniques are distinct methods that people use to cope with stress. The goal of this research was to determine how medical students perceived stress and how they dealt with it.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 500 undergraduate students of medical college. Stress was assessed by a General Health Questionnaire - 12. Sources of stress were assessed using a 17-item questionnaire. The validated Brief COPE inventory was used to assess coping strategies.
