Complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Ganges river dolphin, Platanista gangetica (Roxburgh, 1801) from the river Halda of Bangladesh

dead from
Akbaria point of Halda River under Hathazari upazila (Longitude
/ Latitude- 22.446661N,
91.861295E)
on
Thursday,
December 5,
2019.
Then,
transported to the laboratory to preserve at -70° C for further
analysis during the period of December 2019. The blood tissue was
dissected and stored with 95% ethanol. Later a high molecular weight
genomic DNAs was isolated and purified using the AddPrep Genomic DNA
extraction kit (AddBio, Korea) for future evaluation of the quality
and quantity of the DNA. Purified DNA was sent for library
preparation and been sequenced through commercial suppliers.Bio Sample Attributes
