This dataset is integrated patient chronic disease data sourced from the information business system of Yingjiang County People's Hospital. This system covers full-cycle diagnosis and treatment data for multiple chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The core value of this system lies in building a digital decision-making hub for county-level chronic disease management. Through dynamic analysis of disease trends and diagnosis and treatment quality, it supports the scientific allocation of hierarchical medical care resources.
