The Antibody Domainbed dataset has two main goals: (1) to use the latest methods in domain generalization to create reliable predictors for binding properties of biological sequences, and (2) to test domain generalization algorithms in a real-world setting inspired by therapeutic antibody discovery. This dataset, along with its sequence and structure backbones, has been smoothly integrated into Domainbed, the largest benchmark for out-of-distribution (OOD) evaluation.
