Measured data on the burst-onset penalty of stock mobile devices: how much slower the first frames of a sudden CPU or GPU burst run after a calm period, while power management brings the clocks back up, and how long the clocks stay up afterwards. Seven devices (Apple A12X, A14, A15; MediaTek Dimensity 8300; Snapdragon 865+; Exynos 9611; Exynos 1580), 2026-10-06 to 2026-10-30. Contains every run (frame logs, device state, provenance), the step-response fits with bootstrap confidence intervals, derived tables and the campaign validity records.
