Development plan Eilbek 9 1. Change Hamburg

The law on the development plan Eilbek 9 of 3 March 1980 (HmbGVBl. P. 41), amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Development Plan Eilbek 9” is added to the Act.
2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
‘5. In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order shops are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. Excluded from this is the parcel 2339 of the Eilbek district, which is hatched in the complex. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive.’
