Comparative transcriptome analysis to elucidate the genetic mechanism of shoot regeneration in blueberry. Vaccinium corymbosum strain:'Blue Muffin', 'O'Neal'

Shoot regeneration is important for application of plant biotechnology such as genetic transformation or genome editing. This study provides comparative transcriptome using two highbush blueberry cultivars that exhibit contrasting regeneration capabilities. Also, we compared transcriptome between wild type and transgenic line overexpressing VcESR, a transcription factor playing an important role in shoot regeneration.
