Upon treatment of TGFβ in MCF10DCIS cells, there are 76 up-regulated and 1 down-regulated microRNAs identified In this study, 4 replicates of MCF10DCIS cells were cultured in the presence of recombinant human TGFβ1 or DMSO control for 72 hours. Then, the cells were collected for total RNA extraction. Differential expressed microRNAs were identified using the NanoString nCounter Human v3 miRNA Expression Assay
