通过实时采集逆变器的电压、电流、功率、温度等全量数据,实现电站的可视化精准监控。系统一旦发现数据异常(如功率骤降、温度过高),立即自动触发告警,并通知运维人员处理。实现快速定位故障设备,极大缩短故障响应和修复时间,减少发电量损失。本数据适用于所有并网运行的地面集中式光伏电站与分布式光伏电站,致力于为电站企业和运营商提供高效的智能化运维手段,保障资产收益。1、数据采集:通过运行光伏电站的逆变器设备采集到的直流/交流电压、电流、功率、频率等信息通过通信网络(4G/5G)、既定协议和采集频率(每天采集三次)自动采集并传输到平台。
2、算法规则:采用无监督学习算法,仅用正常历史数据训练,识别当前运行参数是否偏离“正常模式”,当实时数据显著偏离该模式时,即判定为异常。对于有标注故障时间的数据,也可使用分类模型进行故障分类。训练好的模型会封装成API接口 中,接入实时数据流进行在线预测。
By collecting full-scale real-time data including voltage, current, power, temperature and other metrics from inverters, precise visual monitoring of photovoltaic power stations is realized. Once the system detects data anomalies such as sudden power drop or over-temperature, it will automatically trigger alarms and notify operation and maintenance personnel for handling. This enables rapid localization of faulty equipment, greatly shortening fault response and repair time, and reducing power generation losses. This dataset is applicable to all grid-connected ground-mounted centralized photovoltaic power stations and distributed photovoltaic power stations, aiming to provide efficient intelligent operation and maintenance means for power station enterprises and operators, and safeguard asset returns. 1. Data Collection: Information such as DC/AC voltage, current, power, frequency and other metrics collected from the inverter equipment of operating photovoltaic power stations is automatically collected and transmitted to the platform via communication networks (4G/5G), established protocols and a fixed collection frequency (three times per day). 2. Algorithm Rules: An unsupervised learning algorithm is adopted, which is trained only with normal historical data to identify whether the current operating parameters deviate from the "normal mode". When real-time data significantly deviates from this mode, it is judged as an anomaly. For data with labeled fault time, classification models can also be used for fault classification. The trained model will be encapsulated into API interfaces to access real-time data streams for online prediction.
