This work leverages advanced 3D imaging techniques, including PACT-based tissue clearing, light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM), and serial block-face electron microscopy (SBF-EM), to visualize and assess lesion architecture and immune responses in a TB-susceptible mouse model. By providing dynamic, high-resolution insights into the spatial and temporal organization of granulomas, this research offers a powerful tool for studying the host-pathogen interface.
