FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening clamp for installation of floor elements on support element. Fastening clamp has cross-section of two-sided T-type with upper flange， partition and lower flange. Upper flange is configured to engage on both sides with adjacent floor elements and comprises at least two parts located on opposite sides of the partition， and the lower flange has edges， extending beyond each partition wall in the direction along the partition， wherein said edges are configured to be locked in the guide groove. At least upper shelf is made of elastic material. Invention also relates to a system for installing floor elements， said system comprising at least one fastening clamp according to the present invention and at least one support element.
