PHIDU - Emergency Department Presentations - Resuscitation and Emergency (LGA) 2017-2018

This dataset, released June 2020, contains Emergency department presentations for resuscitation and emergency by principal diagnosis, 2017/18. Presentations include Resuscitation and emergency presentations - Total; Resuscitation and emergency presentations for diseases of the circulatory system; Resuscitation and emergency presentations for diseases of the respiratory system; Resuscitation and emergency presentations for injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes; Resuscitation and emergency presentations for other diseases or conditions. \n\nThe data is by Local Government Area (LGA) 2016 geographic boundaries.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU using data from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, supplied on behalf of State and Territory health departments for 2017/18; and the average of the ABS Estimated Resident Population, 30 June 2017 and 2018.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlases-of-australia-local-government-areas). 本数据基于2016年地方政府区域（Local Government Area, LGA）地理边界进行划分。
