Jinjimiyou and Huangjinmiyou Raw sequence reads（pericarp）. Citrus maxima

The pericarp of 'Huangjinmiyou' is yellow at ripening stage, an red-pericarp mutation ( 'Jinjimiyou') is found in 'Huangjinmiyou'. The aim of this study is to exploring the differences in transcriptome in the ripening pericarp between 'Huangjinmiyou' and 'Jinjimiyou'. The experimental materials are the ripening pericarp of 'Huangjinmiyou' and 'Jinjimiyou', with 3 biological replicates. 6 samples were used for RNA-seq, 48.01Gb clean data was obtained, Q30 is up to or more than 89.52%.
