Aggregated cadastre of economic public infrastructure

An aggregated cadastre of commercial public infrastructure is a record in which the facilities of the commercial public infrastructure and the network termination points of the public communications network are recorded. For each commercial public infrastructure facility, data on the type and type of facility, its location, facility identification data and facility operator data shall be kept, while identification data, location data, minimum capacity data of the network termination point and data on the owner of the network termination point shall be kept for each network termination point. All operators of commercial public infrastructure and owners of network connection points are obliged to submit the data to the aggregated cadastre. Public access to data from the aggregated register of commercial public infrastructure is guaranteed to all users. The basic purpose of establishing an aggregated register of commercial public infrastructure is to show the occupancy of the space with the facilities of economic public infrastructure and the network connection points of the public communications network for the entire country, which will enable us in the future to more efficient spatial planning, safer implementation of interventions in the space and more economical management of infrastructure facilities.
