Individual values attributed to forests in Amazonia

Data set of the values atrributed to the forest (material and non-material) for the enterviewees in the study. This data set was used to: 1. calculate the association between independent variables (hunting, consumption and control variables) and the material value of forests (using forest_value_all_hh_heads table). 2. calculate the association between independent variables (forest cover, visits to forest and control variables) and the non-material value of forests (using forest_value_heads_that_visit_forest table). 3. Scale evaluation (using forest values statments table).
