Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): 15 km limits of urban units with more than 15,000 inhabitants and the shore of the sea in the Loire-Atlantique

The perimeter of 15 km of the outer limit of urban units with more than 15,000 inhabitants and 15 km of the shoreline in the Loire-Atlantique has been defined with a view to the possible application of the provisions of Article L 122.2 of the Code de l’Urbanisme (amended pursuant to the ALUR Act) in the Loire-Atlantique. Under the conditions specified in that article, in municipalities which are not covered by an applicable territorial coherence scheme, the local planning plan may not be amended or revised with a view to opening up for urbanisation an area to be urbanised demarcated after 1 July 2002 or a natural area.
