Figures and Source Data for Healthy Subjects, Tumor Patients and Multiple Sclerosis Patients for the manuscript "Ultrafast J-Resolved Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging for High-Resolution Metabolic Brain Imaging"

This data set includes the figures and source data supporting the paper "Ultrafast J-Resolved Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging for High-Resolution Metabolic Brain Imaging". The figure files are high-resolution figures of all five figures in the main text, and all ten extended data figures. The source data sets are metabolite and neurotransmitter concentrations or ratios in (a) several brain regions of healthy subjects, (b) tumor lesions, and (c) multiple sclerosis lesions. These molecular concentration were obtained by the proposed ultrafast high-resolution MRSI technology. These data sets are used to produce the following figures in the manuscript: (a) "source_data_fig_3.xlsx" for the boxplot in Figure 3, (b) "source_data_fig_4.xlsx" for the tumor results in Figure 4 and Extended Data Figures 6 and 7, and (c) "source_data_fig_5.xlsx" for the multiple sclerosis results in Figure 5 and Extended Data Figures 8-10.
