Public utility easements resulting from classification as protected agricultural areas, the preservation of which is of general interest due either to the quality of their production or to their geographical location under Article 108 of Law No 99-574 of 9 July 1999 on agricultural guidance and Decree No 2001-244 of 20 March 2001 on the allocation of agricultural and forestry areas and amending the Rural Code and the Urban Planning Code codified in Articles L.112-2 and R. 112-1-4 to R. 112-1-10 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code. This lot of easements contains generators, plates, legal acts, associated relational tables (list of easements, lists of deeds, list of managers and relationship table between deeds and easements).
