Chinese cabbage mutant ebm11 re-sequencing

In this study, two allelic early-bolting mutants were derived from the germinated seeds of a Chinese cabbage DH line FT by EMS-mutagenesis, which were named as ebm11-1 and ebm11-2. The most possible causal gene was identified as by MutMap combined with KASP genotyping technology. Two allelic mutants ebm11-1 and ebm11-2 were used to verify the function of mutant gene.
