Note: r1, r2 and r are the recombination fractions between left marker A and QTL, between QTL and right marker B and between the two flanking markers. For RI population, r is replaced by an adjusted recombination fraction: R = 2r/(1+2r) for selfing and R = 4r/(1+6r) for brother-sister mating (similarly for r1 and r2).
