HD-MEA data for Human neuron subtype programming through combinatorial patterning with scRNA-seq readouts

This dataset is part of the electrophysiological characterization from the publication "Human neuron subtype programming through combinatorial patterning with scRNA-seq readouts". The data was recorded on high-density microelectrode arrays (HD-MEAs), subsequently spike-sorted using Kilosort2.5, quality-controlled using Bombcell and finally analyzed using the DeePhys toolbox. All intermediary files are still available, however, the raw data was too large to upload. To work with this data, please follow the tutorials on our Github page. It also contains the template matrices to go with the raw morphology plots in the supplement. The code to analyze them will be published shortly.
