本数据集为伊利诺伊州四个群体的水蚤（Daphnia）微卫星（Microsatellite）数据，具体为伊利诺伊州中部四个蚤状水蚤（Daphnia pulex）群体的微卫星数据。实验个体一部分于2008年从沉积物休眠卵中孵化获得，另一部分于早春从水体中采集。基因型分型通过Genemapper软件完成。该文件的每个工作表均为适配不同遗传分析程序的格式化数据，其中第四个工作表仅收录了从水体样本中获得的基因型数据。数据集文件为pulexmicrosats.xls
