Designations:  TNZ- - Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy -CR- - sample cold-rolled with the reduction in the rod thickness of 90%-G- - sample grinded on #600 grit abrasive paper-SP- - sample shot-peened with 90-150 µm shots, under the pressure of 0.6 MPa and etched in the Kroll's reagentEDS - Energy Dispersive SpectroscopySEM - Scanning Electron Microscopy XRD - X-ray diffraction Folders content: Corrosion - with files with data of corrosion tests, obtained from electrochemical tests EDS - analysis of chemical composition of the samples using an EDS detector Hardness - contains results from the hardness tests of the samples Microstructure - contains images of the microstructure of the samples in the initial state (TNZ) and cold-rolled (TNZ-CR) Nanoindentation - contains results from the nanoindentation test SEM - contains folders with images of samples surfaces from Scanning Electron Microscopes. Subfolders: SEM_1_Initial_Cross-section - SEM images of the cross-sections of shot-peened samples in the initial state SEM_1_Initial -SEM images of the samples in the initial state, before wear test SEM_2_Wear - SEM images of the samples after the wear test SEM_3_Wear_Clean - SEM images of the samples after the wear test and with cleaned wear products SEM_Al2O3_pins - SEM images of the Al2O3 pins after wear test Topography - contains folders with results of samples topography from the optical profilometer.
