CDD-25k

CDD-25k is a cigarette-appearance defect dataset collected on a dedicated cigarette quality-inspection machine in an industrial production environment. Images were captured with a colour global-shutter industrial camera at 1280 × 1024 pixels. This directory is an image snapshot containing 1,806 images. The current split contains 1,444 training images, 180 validation images, and 182 test images. The complete CDD-25k dataset contains four appearance-defect classes: `Occlusion`, `Breakage`, `Wrinkle`, and `Oil stain`. The complete image and annotation package is available from the first author upon reasonable request for non-commercial academic research, subject to access review and a data-use agreement.
