Awareness and usage of e-government services in Germany 2016

This statistic shows the results of a survey concerning the awareness, usage and planned usage of e-government services in Germany in 2016. The survey found that 22 percent of respondents were aware of the fact that they could take part in certain political decisions online, while roughly ten percent stated that they had actively used this opportunity before.
