This record provides the research data supporting the study on sensitivity analysis of building parameters influencing indoor overheating in existing residential buildings under present and future climate conditions. The archive comprises three complementary datasets: (i) the building model (EnergyPlus, IDF) used to analyze the overheating scenarios; (ii) thermal resilience indicators derived from simulation outputs, including Time of Overheating, Percentage of Overheating , and Indoor Overheating Degree ; and (iii) building performance simulations and regression-based sensitivity analysis dataset used to quantify parameter influence on overheating risk. Together, these materials enable reproducibility of the modelling, indicator assessment, and sensitivity analysis presented in the associated journal publication. We adopted a previously developed and calibrated building model of this dwelling from the BIM-SPEED project (BIM-SPEED Project (2020). “BIM-Speed Demonstration Projects - BIM and BEM models”.
