Replication Package: Mapping AI Governance Scholarship in Semi-Peripheral Europe — A Bibliometric-NLP Analysis of the Central-Eastern European Management Literature

This replication package accompanies a bibliometric-NLP study mapping the scholarly production on AI governance with attention to its coverage of Central-Eastern European (CEE) contexts within the management literature. The corpus was constructed via two independent, systematic Scopus searches (TITLE-ABS-KEY, executed 17 August 2026), combined and filtered to peer-reviewed Articles and Reviews (N=161), then analyzed using TF-IDF vectorization, UMAP dimensionality reduction, and HDBSCAN density-based clustering to recover the latent thematic structure of the field. Contents: raw Scopus exports (three systematic queries), the constructed analysis corpus, Python scripts for corpus construction and the full NLP pipeline, and result files (topic clusters, embeddings, cluster summaries). Full methodology and search strings documented in README.md. Key finding: CEE-explicit documents represent 9.3% of the corpus (15/161) and are dispersed across 4 of 12 thematic clusters, with no dedicated CEE-focused research stream emerging.
