高风险交通行为数据库数据是以2015年至2019年五年内东北、华北、西北、华东、华中、西南六大区域代表省份公路交通事故数据为源数据，推导出高风险交通行为特征数据和交通行为与风险映射规则数据。高风险交通行为特征数据包含24种高风险交通行为在人、车、路、环方面的事故分布特征，分类特征包括年龄、性别、驾龄、车辆类型、地形、路表情况、路面结构、路面状况、防护设施类型、交通信号方式、能见度、时段、天气、照明条件、周内周末等在内的14项因素，结果特征包括事故数量、死亡人数、财产损失和事故形态后果分布特征。交通行为与风险映射规则数据包括“高风险交通行为+交通环境”导致事故严重程度和事故形态的概率以及结果置信度的数据链。交通环境包括天气、能见度、星期、路测防护设施、地形、照明条件、路面材料、交通信号控制方式、路表情况、时间段。

The High-Risk Traffic Behavior Database is constructed using highway traffic accident data from representative provinces across six major regions—Northeast China, North China, Northwest China, East China, Central China, and Southwest China—over the five-year period from 2015 to 2019 as the source dataset, and derives two core datasets: high-risk traffic behavior characteristic data and traffic behavior-risk mapping rule data.

The high-risk traffic behavior characteristic data encompasses the accident distribution patterns of 24 types of high-risk traffic behaviors across four dimensions: human, vehicle, road, and environment. Its categorical features include 14 factors: age, gender, driving experience, vehicle type, terrain, road surface condition, pavement structure, pavement status, type of protective facilities, traffic signal mode, visibility, time period, weather, lighting conditions, and weekday/weekend. The outcome features cover the distribution characteristics of accident count, number of fatalities, property damage, and accident outcome patterns.

The traffic behavior-risk mapping rule data comprises data chains that record the probabilities and result confidence levels of accident severity and accident outcome patterns caused by combinations of "high-risk traffic behavior + traffic environment". The traffic environment includes weather, visibility, day of the week, roadside protective facilities, terrain, lighting conditions, pavement material, traffic signal control mode, road surface condition, and time period.
