This study is the first to completely track the changes of microbial flora and ARGs in the intestinal tract of yellow-feared broilers, chicken meat, workers at each stage of the production chain, and the environment during the whole production process, as well as the transmission relationship between microorganisms and ARGs. Understanding the changes of microbiota and ARGs in the production and consumption process of yellow-feathered broilers is of great significance for ensuring the healthy broiler breeding, chicken food safety and consumer health safety in China and the world.
