Modelling input and results used for the paper "Most certainly certain? The Impact of Contract for Difference Design on Renewables' Strike Prices and Electricity Market Risks"

The files provide results for 36 scenarios of a sector-coupled, highly renewable European electricity market used for the paper "Most certainly certain? The Impact of Contract for Difference Design on Renewables’ Strike Prices and Electricity Market Risks" by Silke Johanndeiter, Jonas Finke and Justus Heuer. The results were produced using the energy system optimisation tool Backbone (https://gitlab.vtt.fi/backbone/backbone) integrated into the workflow-manager Spine-Toolbox (https://github.com/spine-tools/Spine-Toolbox). The particular modelling project can be found here: https://github.com/TradeRES/TradeRES-Backbone-demo/tree/master. It uses data from this database: 10.5281/zenodo.10692697. Since Backbone is written in GAMS, the files are .gdx-files. They include all optimised variables and all input parameters.
