Trace Metal and Isotope Data collected from the Denman Marine Voyage of the RSV Nuyina, 2025

These data were collected on voyage 3 of the RSV Nuyina in the 2024/2025 season. The voyage was colloquially known as the "Denman Marine Voyage", as it operated in the vicinity of the Denman Glacier.This dataset contains data from the CTD attached to the Trace Metal Rosette (TMR) and raw deployment information of the In-Situ Pumps (ISP) on the Denman Marine Voyage. TMR data consists of raw, proc, and doc folders per deployment/cast. The raw folder contains temperature and salinity data acquired from the sensors. The doc folder contains the sampling log sheets. The proc folder contains processed data, in this case the measured macronutrient concentrations. The general docs folder contains all electronically translated log sheets, including samples taken from the TMR, location, date, and time information. ISP data consists of recorded depths of the ISP pumps using a USBL transponder, initial flowmeter readings, and final flowmeter readings. Data is both presented in electronic and hardcopy logsheets, and photographs.

本数据集采集自2024/2025航季RSV努伊纳号（RSV Nuyina）的第3次科考航次。该航次俗称“登曼海洋科考航次”，因作业区域位于登曼冰川（Denman Glacier）周边海域。本数据集包含登曼海洋科考航次中搭载于痕量金属采水器架（Trace Metal Rosette, TMR）的温盐深仪（Conductivity Temperature Depth, CTD）数据，以及原位泵（In-Situ Pumps, ISP）的原始布放信息。单次布放或水文测站对应的TMR数据包含raw、proc、doc三个子文件夹：raw文件夹存储由传感器采集的温度与盐度原始数据，doc文件夹收录采样日志表，proc文件夹存储经处理后的实测常量营养盐浓度数据。通用文档文件夹（general docs）包含所有电子化日志表，涵盖从TMR采集的样本信息、作业位置、日期与时间数据。原位泵（ISP）数据包含通过超短基线（USBL）应答器记录的泵体下放深度、初始流量计读数与最终流量计读数。本数据集同时提供电子与纸质版日志表及相关影像资料。
