滚动轴承微接触区中波红外温度测试试验数据

基于中波红外技术开发了滚动轴承接触区温度测量方法,对传统的球-盘接触弹流试验台进行了改造,使用中波红外热像仪代替传统的光干涉镜头,实现了对接触区温度分布的测量。对实验所需材料参数如钢球、蓝宝石盘、铬膜的发射率、透射率进行了标定。将实验测量结果与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了温度测量方法的正确性。通过一系列实验,研究了卷吸速度、载荷、滑滚比、润滑油黏度等参数对接触区温度分布的影响。
A rolling bearing contact zone temperature measurement method was developed based on mid-wave infrared technology. A traditional ball-on-disk contact elastohydrodynamic test rig was modified by replacing its original optical interference lens with a mid-wave infrared thermal imager, enabling the measurement of contact zone temperature distribution. The emissivity and transmittance of experimental materials including steel balls, sapphire disks and chromium films were calibrated. The experimental measurement results were compared with theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of the proposed temperature measurement method. Through a series of experiments, the effects of parameters such as entrainment speed, load, slide-roll ratio and lubricant viscosity on the contact zone temperature distribution were investigated.
