The structure-specific endonuclease HIGLE contributes to TONSOKU-mediated DNA repair during replication in Arabidopsis thaliana

This dataset contains source images supporting the main and supplementary figures of the study “The structure-specific endonuclease HIGLE contributes to TONSOKU-mediated DNA repair during replication in Arabidopsis thaliana.” The collection includes seedling and root phenotypes, confocal microscopy images of DNA-damage-associated foci, comet assay images, and images of EdU incorporation. Images are organized by figure and panel. Zenodo_image_readme file.xlsx provides image filenames, corresponding figures and panels, experimental conditions or groups, acquisition methods, stains or markers, and relevant notes. Microscope-related images should be opened using Fiji.
