Processed, de-identified data files for the IMPACT study of immune dysfunction in myeloma precursor conditions (MGUS and SMM). Includes single-cell RNA-seq (1,433,497 cells across 42,090 genes, with per-lineage subcluster objects), ELISA serology, MMR serology, Olink plasma proteomics, ELISPOT, TCR repertoire data, participant-level demographics, and the external validation tables used by the figure scripts. This version adds the inputs required to reproduce the panels introduced during revision: the participant-level age and sex table used as covariates in the Olink analyses (elisa_elisa_cohort_demographics.csv), the scRNA-seq sample table used as covariates in Figure 3C (metadata_Supplementary_Table_4_scRNAseq_sample_list.csv), the de-identified per-sample SWIFT-seq summary underlying Figure 3E (external_swiftseq_april_persample_deid.csv), and the full ranked results of the panel-wide Olink screen plotted in Figure 2D at both timepoints (Figure2D_Olink_screen_PreVx.csv, Figure2D_Olink_screen_PostVx.csv).
