Script for "Multivariate mapping of brain pathology: a step forward with stumbling blocks"

MATLAB Script for the simulation and both univariate and multivariate lesion-deficit inference analyses. The script was written in MATLAB 2023a. The aal.nii.txt text file contains a list of the numbers of all regions in the AAL atlas in MRIcron, as also reported in the Manuscript Figures.
