The original data and R code for the study of sex differences in the leukocyte profile in the Reed buntings (Emberiza schoeniclus). The birds were captured on the eastern shore of Lake Ladoga, northwestern Russia (60°41′N, 32°57′E), then transferred to the laboratory at Saint Petersburg University, where they were kept from late September 2015 to early June 2016.
