City of Melbourne CLUE Business Establishments Names and Industries (Point) 2012

This dataset was collected as part of the City of Melbourne's Census of Land Use and Employment (CLUE). The data shows business establishments with their trading name, industry (ANZSIC4) classification, location and CLUE block and small area allocation. The data covers the year period of 2012.\n\nA business establishment is defined as a \n\n * Commercial occupant in a building\n\n * Separate land use\n\n * Any permanent presence of economic activity in accordance with standard Industry classification (ANZSIC).\n\nHence, if one organisation has its presence in several buildings in the CLUE area, each time it will be counted as a separate establishment. 因此，若某一机构在CLUE覆盖区域内拥有多处经营场所，则每一处均将被计为独立的经营场所。据此，CLUE数据集统计的经营场所数量代表的是场所点位总数，而非企业总数。
